Also referred to as Thermo E-Glass or Hakotherm-800/1200, needle mats are available in various thicknesses and densities to suit your needs. We use E-glass, ECR, and Silica fibers with filament diameters greater than 6 microns, which is not harmful to one’s health.

Process:
Fiberglass needle mats are made of continuous fiberglass yarns or chopped strands, and then felted together in a needle loom.
