Hakotherm products are made from high-quality ECR fibers (E-glass, Corrosion Resistant). ECR fibers are characterized by high thermal resilience, excellent electrical insulation properties, and chemical resistance. ECR fibers have a filament diameter of over 6 µ. They offer excellent protection against liquid metals and molten metal splashes in the light and heavy metal industries. These products are also used for thermal and acoustic insulation in automotive ICE exhaust systems.
